− Small thing. Had a ground floor room and the upper floor noise a was a v noticeable.

6.0Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size
− Room was dated. Dirty marks on curtains and grubby services folder create not a great impression. Breakfast was a bit disappointing experience. Told could only have fruit OR cereal. Chose fruit and some thin slivers arrived which was unacceptable really. Cooked breakfast was good though.

− Furniture in the room was a little dated as were the room doors.

− More milks please in room. Air conditioning or ceiling fans would be a great addition
