Bom, mas pelo preço poderia ser muito melhor.
8.0A localização é muito central. O fato de ter 2 suítes e mais 1 lavabo é muito bom. A máquina de lavar e secar roupas também é um bom benefício. É um bom apartamento para ficar alguns dias na cidade com muito conforto.
− A acomodação precisa de mais manutenção. As paredes estão sujas, móveis antigos que poderiam estar melhor conservados. O sofá estava com aspecto sujo e também desconfortável. Internet muito ruim. Chuveiros são bons mas precisam de manutenção urgente, estavam sujos e a água saía para todos os lados. No geral: falta manutenção e capricho.

− Ocorreu algo muito desagradável. Como consta no booking, o cartão de crédito informado é apenas para fazer a reserva e não para efetuar o pagamento, então inseri um cartão, o qual por questão de segurança é bloqueado para compras on-line. Desde o dia que fiz o check pedi o link para fazer o pagamento e só me encaminharam depois que desocupei o apartamento. O link veio acompanhado de uma mensagem desaforada, dizendo que eu havia cometido um delito, pois tentaram passar o cartão e estava bloqueado, ou seja tentaram sem minha autorização cobrar o valor no cartão que coloquei apenas pra reservar. Então efetuei o pagamento pelo link mediante Pix. Me senti muito ofendida, isso foi um desrespeito, nunca quis enganar ninguém.
