2.0We had an accident with one of our 2 motorbikes the day before arrival. Therefore we had to cancel our order. That was not possible! The hotel did not answer to hotels.com, and neither to me. Not on email, nor telephone! Very bad service - not recommendable, alas!😡 Hotels.com however, did what they could (is my impression)
