9.0Friendly & very helpful staff! They went above and beyond - carrying my bags up the stairs, making a dinner reservation for me, and even driving me to the train station when I couldn’t get a taxi. The attic room was charming, cozy and nicely decorated. I wish I was there in the summer to enjoy the balcony!
− Attic room was a bit chilly but one wall is a sliding glass door so to be expected in January. Extra blankets were in the armoire but I didn’t see them until the morning.

10.0Very friendly, flexible and helpful host. Great location practically next to a restaurant and a church celebrating the traditional mass. A walking distance away from the railway station and grocery store. Good large breakfast. Room was clean, comfortable and cozy and the area is quiet. A very good base to explore Vicenza from.

10.0we booked on very short notice, the host was very friendly and caring, he made us an amazing breakfast. The room and bathroom were great, with very comfortable big bed and a nice outlook and big balcony. recommend!
