Koordination unterirdisch und schriftliche Absprache werden ignoriert.
1.0− Wir hatten einen Geschäftskunden dort untergebracht und vorher telefonisch und per mail geklärt, dass dies von uns bezahlt wird. Kreditkartendaten wurden von uns mitgeteilt. Am Abreisetag wurde das Zimmer dann den Gast trotzdem in Rechnung gestellt und abkassiert weil die interne Kommunikation nicht funktioniert und das Hotel nicht in der Lage war das zu korrigieren.

9.0Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Wir waren hier für eine Nacht und hatten ein sehr geräumiges Comfort Doppelzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Balkon Moderner Stil, Fußboden Holz? oder Holzimitat, sehr angenehm. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Parkplätze ums Haus herum.
