8.06 room guest house very close to UConn campus. House is very old I suppose historic with original uneven floors. Bathroom was nicely updated but small. Hosts were very nice. May stay again due to location. Wish there was a sidewalk or walking path along Storrs Rd.

8.0I enjoyed staying here. The staff was warm, friendly, and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable with a nice historic flavor to it. However, the water pressure from the sink faucet was so weak that it was difficult to wash your hands, I had to request soap for the shower, and the breakfast foods in addition to juice and coffee, were limited to some store bought pastries and cookies. I would stay here again because it was comfortable, the staff was very nice, and the adjacent restaurant was convenient. But it did leave some things to be desired.
