the only good thing is the location in beachfront, aside from that everything else feels like a scam, they do not have fresh water jn the bathroom, you take a bath in saltwater after swimming in saltwater, the room was dirty and the food was over priced and bland.

− ⭐ 1/10 The only good thing about this place is the beachfront location. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The photos on Booking.com are very misleading. The actual property is much smaller than it appears in the pictures, and the facilities are old and poorly maintained. The room was dirty upon arrival and did not feel properly cleaned. One of the biggest issues was the lack of fresh water in the bathroom. After spending time swimming in the sea, guests are expected to shower using saltwater, which is extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable for a resort stay. The food was overpriced for the quality and portions served. Most dishes were bland and not worth the cost. The staff were polite and friendly, but they seemed untrained and unable to properly address guest concerns. Overall, this place relies heavily on its beachfront location, but the poor facilities, misleading photos, cleanliness issues, lack of fresh water, and overpriced food made for a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

The beach is clean, water is pristine and no debris, it’s like virgin Boracay with gray sand

− People do not respect the place, waste everywhere. In the resort they tried to do segregation of waste but it’s not as a house rule, it needs to be implemented with knowledge. Facilities are not maintained to standard with the name Cocotel, Aircons & showers are breaking down multiple times in our rooms, amenities listed-but not in the rooms, review the booking terms & remove if not applicable. Food & service are very good-staff are very hospitable but they need the backing & structure of management to keep the resort back in shape

Probably the location, I like it being near the beach, I love the view, the beach and the pool in front of of the beach

1. The location was nice, it was beachfront. 2. STAFF WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. Apparently, i booked 3rd floor rooms but my senior parents are unable to climb 3 floors so we were given a room on the 1st floor. We were even allowed to cook outside. 3. Linens and towels were clean even tho the room was not the one prepared for us. 4. They have a restaurant with a range of menu. 5. My father liked the privacy since there aren't many adjacent resort

− wear and tear of the building is noticeable. Generally needs upkeeping but still comfy for one or two nights' stay.
