9.0I received such a warm welcome from the staff when I arrived, and they were all pleasant, helpful and cheerful during my stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable with good linen, and large thick towels were provided. There is a fridge, kettle, cable TV, and large wardrobe for luggage space. The bathroom was a good size, and it was great having the little kitchenette.. My room was smaller the I expected, but adequate, for me as solo. I was given the choice of a larger room, but it had an internal window. Its not far to walk to the markets or old town, or Grab is readily available.

6.0− ควรมีการสุ่มตรวจสอบการทำความสะอาดของแม่บ้านบ้างอย่างน้อยอาทิตย์ละครั้ง การทำความสะอาดยังไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร เช่น -ห้องน้ำ ฝาผนังมีคราบสกปรกผังลึก -แก้วน้ำพลาสติกในห้องน้ำที่คราบสกปรก -ผ้าเช็ดตัวกลิ่นเหม็นอับ -ควรจัดให้มีราวตากผ้าเช็ดตัวน่าจะดี -ช่วงหน้าฝนอากาศในห้องไม่ระบาย พื้นห้องชื้นมาก -ก๊อกน้ำที่อ่างล้างหน้าแตก ไม่แจ้งซ่อมแต่มีการขายห้องให้ลูกค้า มีอีกหลายอย่าง
