8.0Staff were great and always friendly, hotel is in a decent location as well. Room was spacious and has what you need, besides cutlery for the kitchen.
− Hotel was showing some age in the rooms, didn’t feel like a “5 Star” hotel. Breakfast was good but not great. Entrance to the hotel is apparently hard for Grab or other drivers to find or access, we had numerous drivers cancel or take over 10-15 minutes to get to us despite being only a few minutes away according to the apps.
