Traumhafter Garten mit Pool, herrlicher Ausblick auf Zypressenallee. Sehr große Wohnung, aber definitv kein Haus/Villa, wie angeboten, sondern es befinden sich mehrere Wohnungen dort. Das hatten wir aber vorher auf Grund der Fotos schon erwartet. Wunderbarer Ausblick schon am Morgen beim Frühstück von der Terrasse.

− Leider war der kleine Dachturm, wo der Router befestigt ist, stark verschimmelt, ebenso das Waschpulverfach der Waschmaschine. Ein Schrank im 2. Schlafzimmer wäre von Vorteil. Duschkabine wird bald zum Renovieren.

The location is immerse in nature, with a great view of tuscany hills. The atmosphere is calm and very pleasant. With small touches, this property could be a perfect place for a weekend escape. It is 10mins away from Arezzo, a few good restaurants near by with local food snd very reasonable prices.

− The property could be taken care of better, the spa area needs maintenance and upgrades. The pool was not in use and covered, even though outside were more than 25 degrees. We didn’t take should for 2 says, because at our arrival we found it full of hair and not pleased to shower in. The cleaning needs more attention: dishes dirty, kitchen cabinets dirty. No kitchen towel or kitchen roll provided, no coffee pods.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und das Interieur ist vollständig renoviert.

− Die Unterkunft wird als Haus gelistet, tatsächlich handelt es sich jedoch um ein Apartment. Die Bilder zeigen nur die obere Wohnung, wir wurden einer Einheit zugewiesen, die nur wenige Fenster hat, die meisten zum Parkplatz hin. Die akustische Isolierung ist schlecht – die Nachbarn feierten bis 2 Uhr morgens, Schlaf war schwierig. Die Wohnung ist sehr heruntergekommen und entspricht nicht den mitteleuropäischen Standards.

− It would be good to have more bedding for sofa bed or beds, dish towel for drying dishes, you have to pay to use hot tub, also heating was not working.
