Nice but would not go back because of the check in policy and the lack of flexibility

− They have this absurd policy about check in. It is only possible to check in from 17:30 to 20 afterwards ‘the access to the facility is not permitted’ they would call you the day before and tell you so. Now, the only reason why you need to check in person is to give them copy of your ID and sign a privacy agreement. These two things can easily be done by email/whatsapp priori to the arrival. There is no need to threaten customers that had already paid for the room while it is likely that in most cases a delay in check in cannot be customer’s responsibility (eg delay of a flight).
