Shiganoyu Hotel is a GEM!
10.0The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus! And the food was amazing and a wonderful experience. We had 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners and they were all different experiences! I would highly recommend this more traditional ryoken experience. The hotel is a little dated but clean. For us, it just added to the charm of this sweet hotel.

8.0素泊まりプランの内容が内容が薄いのでそこだけ気をつければ基本的にスキー、スノーボード充分に楽しめるいい立地です。 優しいスタッフが多いです。
