Enjoyed our stay but thought it was expensive for the condition of the property.

Beach was close . Large rooms. Ac good once we worked out how to turn it on. Wifi good once we asked for password. Owner responded quickly to questions.

− Cleanliness- toothpaste splashes still on the mirror in the main bathroom. Food crumbs throughout kitchen. Dish cloths were old and used. Information- could have more details regarding transport, restaurants, cleaning schedule etc. How to turn ac on. Tripping Hazard - 2 of us fell down the step in the lounge area resulting in a trip to the hospital. Photos on website were taken quite while ago, they need to be updated. Furniture is ok but curtains were torn and could do with an upgrade.

Good location spoiled by grubbiness inside the villa.

The property was spacious, location was quiet at the time of our visit and in very close proximity to a (slightly grubby) beach. Lady who checked us in was very tolerant of our later than advised arrival time, which was due to the requirements of a very tiny baby. We were also allowed a later check out time (3pm) which made it a lot easier for us to book return travel arrangements. There was a good selection of snacks and drinks in the villa, on our arrival, which was much appreciated.

− The listing for this property is VERY misleading and should be immediately amended so as not to mislead future guests. Due to the construction (not particularly recent judging by the foliage now growing on it) of a very tall metal hoarding immediately adjacent to the property, there are no sea views from anywhere in the property. Possibly not even from the roof due to the height of aforementioned hoarding! Also, there is only one en suite bathroom in the property, despite the pluralisation in the property listing. My main issues with the property are the general, very visible signs of dirt and grime throughout the property. If my tiny grandson had been mobile, I would have been out of the property like a shot, such was my dissatisfaction with the lack of cleanliness. As he is a babe in arms, we decided to stay as despite the general grubbiness, the furniture seemed reasonably clean and therefore acceptable for him to lie on, on his blanket, when he wasn’t asleep in his bed, or in our arms. I have posted a few photos showing the obvious signs of dirt and grime but please be assured that I could have posted many more. The annoying thing about it, is that this villa has the potential to be so much better, at very little cost, if a thorough clean (inside and on top of cupboards, tiles, etc) was carried out on, say, a monthly basis, and a good clean (including behind doors!) carried out after every tenancy. There was also a broken table, which was disguised by a carefully placed chair, unfortunately for them, we had to move the chair, when the damage became apparent 🤷‍♀️.
