9.0super cosy and homely! fantastic kitchen stocked with spices and oil, tea and coffee, etc. lovely common room that always has people in it, lots happening - both nights i was there they had events (e.g sunset picnic in the meadow, karaoke) and such friendly staff and vibes. super close to everything (<2mins walk from roman baths)

− Lots of stairs if you have big luggage but it wasn’t a deal breaker at all.
