Love this inn!
10.0We have come to make this our home away from home when we do our drives between north and south. Super convenient to 81 and several very good restaurants nearby (watch out for Monday/Tuesday closures). We love the room with the galley kitchen so we can bring our own food if we choose. The rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfortable. Meticulous effort is made to have the outdoor grounds beautiful and inviting. So much nicer than a hotel!
Perfect spot for JMU Family weekend!
10.0We had a wonderful stay! We came up to Harrisonburg for Family Weekend, but all of the hotels there were either full or too expensive. So glad I stumbled across Roadhaven 1830. It's an easy drive, about 30 minutes north of JMU. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything one could want or need...fridge, microwave, Keurig, glasses, to-go coffee cups, hairdryer, luggage rack, full-length mirror, coat hooks, even local tourist information. It is close to the interstate, so we coud hear the trucks when we first walked in, but the noise machine in the room blocked that out when we went to bed. We chose the summer night setting which matched the location perfectly. Linens were crisp and fresh and check-in and out was simple and fast. We would absolutely stay here again! :)

9.0The owner was great, friendly. Was initially confused as to which place we were staying in. It would be really nice if you had kids. But we were 2 couples. There were 2 rooms but in pictures kind of looked like 3 rooms. We stayed 2 nights and it was fine for us. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard with firepits and games but it also had jungle gym for kids which was very nice. Perfect location which was very close to ebike tour. Nice small town, had breakfast and Italian close by.
