Ik moest via Booking.com naar een andere accommodatie van haar omboeken, maar dat bleek niet mogelijk. Ik vroeg haar om de boeking te annuleren, maar dat was ook niet mogelijk. Ik moest maar zelf annuleren, maar dan zou ik het geld kwijt zijn! Veel communicatie via Whatsapp. Waarschijnlijk was het appartement aan lokale gasten verhuurd en was er vergeten om die periode bij Booking.com te blokken.
