9.0This hotel was really close to the Nile, situated in a very ideal location , close to pick up points, restaurants, boat crossing and of way to a lot of little shops. Our room was really large and comfortable, nice bed and beautiful balcony. Bathroom was clean and good size. Hotel staff was always very kind and helpful especially for helping sorting out a plane ticket issue. You can also book a lot of tours with them, however as we had book ours in advance we didn't. Breakfast was served on terrace, very nice too and so peaceful. Also they kindly did laundry service for us. Definitely a place to be back.

Nice Views, Friendly People
8.0Very friendly people all around! The view from the deck is very nice, and the breakfast is good. I also appreciated the nice room with balcony and view towards the Nile river. Importantly the air conditioner worked perfectly. The property is very conveniently located to catch either a cab or a motorboat to cross over to the East bank.
− There was no soap of any kind, and no room cleaning during my stay. This was not a problem, just that the word “Hotel” should perhaps be qualified. Also, the Internet did not work at all during my stay, apparently some provider issue. The water in the shower did not run off smoothly. Finally, a large bottle of water which costs 100 EGP at the hotel can be obtained 200 meter down the road for 15 EGP.
