1.0The view was the only good thing about our stay
− Was not worth the $850 for 2 night stay, description of the accommodation wasn't even close to what we received the house did not have an oven, stove, clothes dryer, adequate linen, bath towels where old and dirty looking.the walls are definitely not sound proof. We even had to supply our own sponge and bin bags. Nothing private about this place, the ring camera system was overkill...... felt like I was on big brother. It wasn't a comfy. I requested a late check out when I booked and was told it wasn't possible......after we packed up ready to check out, we received a text message for the host offering us a late check out. Received the bond along with a message to let us know if we gave the hosts 10/10 review. we then would receive a free stay in their Margaret River or mandurah property on off peak season.

7.0− The accommodation took a deposit of 250 AUD from the card. The refund took almost 2 weeks. We insisted on the return of the deposit not only by ourselves, but also by booking.com, where we sent a complaint.
