10.0Amwaj is the best place for a meetup with friends! The atmosphere is superb and the service is excellent. The cheesecake was so good and sweet — loved it! Big thanks to the amazing staff: Rita, Vicky, and Schola for making our visit so special.

An Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Hospitality Ahead of Our Baby's Arrival
10.0We reached out to the Kempinski Hotel Muscat in advance, explaining that we would be arriving very early in the morning and asking whether an early check-in might be possible, as my wife was pregnant at the time. Not only did the hotel arrange this for us, but they also prepared a lovely gift in our room waiting for our arrival — an incredible and truly touching gesture that set the tone for the entire stay. From that moment on, everything was seamless. The instructions we received were clear and thoughtful, the service was outstanding, and the hotel itself was immaculately clean and well maintained throughout. What stood out most was how much consideration the staff showed towards my wife given her pregnancy — small gestures that made a real difference and were deeply appreciated. The beach experience was fantastic. Our sunbeds were prepared in by the staff, complete with towels ready and waiting. Water was always plentiful, and every so often a snack would be brought over without us even having to ask. This was our last trip as just the two of us before welcoming our little miracle, and the Kempinski Muscat made it truly special. We can't thank the entire team enough for such a warm, attentive, and memorable stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for genuine luxury paired with real, heartfelt hospitality.
