Despite problems with door codes, our stay was smooth.
7.0The room had everything that we needed(toliet, shower, air conditioning, tv, and wifi). We were particularly impressed by the cleaners who were there every morning. They made our beds and gave us fresh towels when we asked. Whenever we had to contact the staff via Whatsapp, they always replied swiftly. Overall, it was very good as far as hostels go.
− We had to pass two doors before reaching our room, both of which operated using a digital keypad system. The passcode for the second door had changed multiple times, so we had to contact the staff via Whatapp. Infairness, they always responded and provided the new passcode quickly. However, we would have been locked out if we did not have a phone to call or text them . On the one hand, this is a great security feature since old guests cannot reenter, but, on the other hand, it could cause some bother.
