The property is not a hotel it’s a shared room in a house that still has owners belongings scattered around / shared lounge / kitchen / tv didn’t work in the room / fridge was tiny which had bits missing / it was a mess

− For 175 / night I could have started in a real 4 star 5 hotel Not a good choice sadly

Misadvertised, not well maintained, disappointing

Great location, large room, good price.

− I had to chase for details of how to get in to the property and never got a response about car parking (requested at time of booking and chased several times) or lack of towels/bath mat. So no communication from owner when requested. Room was not as advertised - wardrobe was actually a storage room unusable as an extra bed stored in there, sorry offering of toiletries had a £10 charge notice with them, not clear was in a shared house. Everything in room was unplugged, including fridge with door closed so smelt awful and aerial which made it appear TV didnt work. Smoke detector had been removed from ceiling which was unsafe. I have never seen so many stains on a carpet and fixtures in bathroom hanging off wall at an angle - not well maintained. Realy disappointing stay and did not match previous reviews at all.

Rommet var romslig. Sengene var behagelig. Det var kjøleskap og stor tv til å se fotball. Avstand til sentrum var relativt kort. Butikker i nærhet. Enkelt å komme seg til toget.

− Nb - det er sølvkre på badet og løse gulvfliser. Hår på veggen i dusjen.

I like that I felt I was in my own home. The Internet was fast. The backyard. The location is a few minutes to Canterbury bus station.
