− Kein Aufzug vorhanden, daher ist es für Gäste mit viel Gepäck sehr mühselig in die zweite und dritte Etage zu gelangen. Darüber hinaus lassen sich in den zuvor genannten Etagen die Fenster nicht öffnen.
