7.0De kamer was in orde, alles wat je nodig had, ontbijt was basic, ik mistte wat zoetigheden. Omgeving was mooi, heel mooie vijver. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten in het restaurant
− Wij hadden kamer nummer 3. En s nachts om het uur sloeg daar een geluid aan, denk van een koeling of zoiets, dit heeft mij de hele nacht wakker gehouden.

8.0Große Außenterrasse Leckeres Abendessen und Frühstück Tolles Personal... bis auf Management... Die Bewertung gilt für das Zimmer nach meiner Beschwerde für das Zimmer 205 im Neubau
− Man muss jetzt bei der Bewertung aufpassen, weil ich nach meiner Beschwerde das Zimmer wechseln ließ. Man hatte mir zuerst das Zimmer 5 im Altbau gegeben. Dieses Zimmer hatte den Charme eines Zimmer in einer Jugendherberge. Lieblos und klein. Für den Preis nicht akzeptabel!!! Ganz übel Nach meiner Beschwerde bei den Mitarbeitern (Danke auch an das freundliche Personal) haben wir ein Zimmer im Neubau, Zimmer 205, bekommen: Wohnzimmer, separates Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Ich fragte nach, ob diese fast Wohnung den gleichen Preis, wie das lieblose Zimmer 5 mit Jugendherbergs-Charakter hat. Dies wurde bejaht Also wenn buchen, dann Neubau und Zimmer 5 ablehnen
Comfortable and quiet.
10.0Just looking at the location of Heidsmühle, you'd think it was in the middle of nowhere. And...yeah, it sort of is. That's one of it's attractions, though. The first morning I woke up there, I took a hike into the woods on a wonderful path, and I had to force myself to come back for breakfast. In addition, it had the quiet and calm that I always find in very good hotels. If I would ever find myself in that area again, I would want to stay there.
