1.0The beach is wonderful and the restaurants but the actual hotel there wasn't anything to enjoy.
− My family and I stayed for 7 days, having paid €4,654 for an all-inclusive package, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below acceptable standards. All-Inclusive Restrictions & Rude Staff: Despite paying for an unlimited all-inclusive service, the staff at the poolside bar made my family feel unwelcome. We were visibly judged, given attitude, and rolled eyes at for getting drinks or snacks multiple times a day. Most shockingly, a staff member directly questioned my young daughter when she went up to the bar Again, a drink? When I addressed this unprofessional behavior with a male staff member and mentioned leaving a review, he coldly replied that he "did not care. Management Indifference: When I reported this to the front desk and asked if this poor attitude reflected local culture, the receptionist shockingly stated that their boss doesn't care about the guests, so the staff doesn't either. Lack of Housekeeping: Throughout our 7-night stay, our room was never cleaned once, despite multiple requests made to the hotel staff. Given the high cost of this holiday, this level of service is completely unacceptable. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

− En del af deres vand-faciliteter virkede ret slidte og nogle steder hvor man var nervøs for om det kunne holde. især et sted ovre ved børne poolen. Og ved de store vandrutchebaner endte min søn med at kom til skade da en mand påkørte ham på rutsjebanen da han ikke så ordentligt efter om der var fri bane. Men føler det kunne have været undgået hvis livredderne også var mere obs på om folk er kommet ned. Det ødelægger desværre noget vores tur
