10.0The friendliest place I've stayed in a long time. The common areas are a perfect mix of relaxed in atmosphere and comfortable for the minute you sit down. Absolute gem. Recommended for travellers who love an eclectic mix of people and the possibility of work around Noosa or bargain cars being offloaded. This joint had personality in spades.

4.0The room was not large and the plywood panel lining made it feel smaller. Panelling also hold fluff and could use a clean. Poor sound insulation in walls and ceiling. If your room has common wall with bathrrom you will hear plumbing noise all night. If you chose the room based on internet photo that is has a TV and a built in cupboard you will be disappointed. "Quality bedding" is advertised but quilt set and fitted sheet is well used. No top sheet. Bathroom and shared kitchen are OK. If you are happy with poor sound attenuation, poor asthetics at budget price, close to Noosa Junction this is your pick.
