1.0− They made me pay again when I arrived even though I paid on Booking and said they'll issue me a refund once Booking will transfer my payment (It was around 10 pm). My room was very cheap looking and I had bed bugs in my bed so I packed my stuff and left, I didn't even stay the night. The guy at the reception barely speaks English, was argumentive and not professional at all. I'm highly dissapointed with this behaviour and by the fact this facility is being promoted by Booking

7.0It was a great for the price. I was satisfied.
− The room should had heat turned on once it was booked and confirmed. The office closing time of 10pm is not fair for travellers.
We will not stay again unfortunately.

− Incredibly noisy. Between person staying above us and the trains every hour, didn’t get a good sleep at all.
It’s ok if you need a place to stay.
5.0Pet friendly but with a fee.
− It’s an old building and walls are paper thin so it can be very loud. The towels provided are very old, thin and crispy and the staff are not keen to provide you with any additional towels.
I have stayed a few times while traveling. Way better than paying a lot more for a bed in Saskatoon.
