7.0Good position. Nice size rooms and facilities. Fridge, hob and microwave. Excellent potential for a stay if minor improvements made.
− Sadly Air Conditioning not working. In fairness the staff had supplied a mobile unit which could only be positioned in bathroom but it struggled to cool the rest of the apartment and was really noisy. I was offered a free breakfast as compensation but didn't accept it. A bin in the kitchen would have been good and while there were coffee pods I couldn't find a machine. Had a fridge (excellent) and a microwave and hob. Has great potential for a stay in modena if these issues were addressed
Cracking location and is value for money
7.0Location is excellent. Has air con… though not great. Fridge is a bonus and coffee making in the room. Breakfast is ok… typically Italian (see pic)
− Not overly clean. Pillows are cheap/ uncomfortable. Air con took 2 days to get cold. Could have had some complimentary water in the fridge. Could have added tea bags instead of 15 sachets of sugar.
