6.0The stay was alright. We stayed two nights the room was not cleaned and the bed was not made for us. Tea and coffee was not replenished and we didn't get clean cups.

2.0Never stayed in such a terrible place before. The dining area surfaces were stiky, tablecloths stained, dirty cutlery, no marmalade. Room was dusty with lots of unsightly half finished do it yourself jobs in the room. Bathroom also dirty and smelly.
CLEAN, TIDY, FRIENDLY. WOULD HAPPILY STAY AGAIN.

8.0Great value for money. Very clean and a friendly welcome from the man at reception (sorry not sure of his name). Great location, good parking and in walking distance from Sudbury high street and river walks. Knew when booking it was a fairly basic room, which was absolutely fine with us as just to get ready and sleep - very comfy bed. Great value for money!
