− Decor a little tired/outdated in places. But modern appliances and clearly done nicely and invested in when it was done.

Pleasant first floor room near old town.
8.0Pleasant room, accessed by a relatively steep, narrow staircase coming off passage way. Handy for Lincoln old town and free street parking overnight and Sundays.
− Slight difficulty collecting keys because telephone messaging service didn't appear to work.
Needs modernising

− Unbearably hot Entrance carpet dirty Windows very old Dead spiders hanging on cobwebs Chairs old and rickety Bathroom had been modernised but overflow not attached and leaking on floor
