10.0Great location. A 15-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk to the beautiful streets of Colmar. Clean, modern hotel with large rooms for families.

10.0We had a lovely stay at the Novotel Colmar. The service was amazing, even going out of their way to make dinner reservations for our large group. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The amenities were beyond what we expected (our teenager was particularly excited about the bathrobe and slippers). The breakfast was excellent and at a reasonable price. It was truly a wonderful stay.

10.0Above all, extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Property within walking distance to the train station and the old town. Excellent breakfast with caring and attentive staff. Water station provides free water, flat or with gas, to meet the needs of active clients. Our suite was clean and neat with a lovely shower. The bed was comfortable but best suited for those who prefer a soft, as opposed to, a firm mattress. Nice private terrace available on sunny days and lovely ready to eat meals when you just feel like staying in.

10.0Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting Colmar. We visited with our 1 year old and dog and had a smooth stay. The rooms were quite warm with the aircon setting not going below 20 but everything else was spot on.
