Great location, great size and comfy beds - bonus - well equipped

From booking to leaving, the staff were barely seen but were super efficient. I was very impressed by the size and location of the apartment. It's so central. It was very well equipped, lovely and clean. They put a lot of room service items that really aren't that expensive (compared to other room service). The coffee machine - we didn't manage to work out how to use it but it's good to have it. I'd happily stay here again. The £200 deposit is the only thing - £200 seems quite steep but I also think as the area is quite a party central area so this could be due to previous experiences. The parking is not part of the building; it's around the corner the Northern Quarter Car Park - they offer a discount so pay at reception. They were very helpful and will take my top up parking out of my deposit before returning it. They couldn't have been more helpful. We'd happily return on another visit. − Off the top Of my head - nothing. If you want a receptionist there in person they're not but they're a phone call away. I'm a pretty well seasoned traveller and we were happy. It's a great sized apartment for the location.

Es difícil decir con precisión lo que nos gustó! Es la segunda vez que me quedo en Quay apartments y creo que siempre intentaré quedarme allí. Las personas en recepción encantadoras. El piso muy amplio y muy bien situado. ¡Mejor imposible!

I loved everything, the flat, the staff my main part I liked the most was people outside eating and drinking and just having a good time with the heat at the moment if you closed your eyes you could have been anywhere! The location is fantastic.

− Again the heat even with the fans, but that’s nothing to do with how the flat is, just the windows in the bedroom are locked (I know for safety reasons) but that’s it really

The location and reasonably well equipped. Responded to questions and issues quickly.

− Furniture in front room uncomfortable to some aspect. Could do with a lot of touch ups for the wear and tear, looks shabby in parts. Filthy, dirty dust ridden fan in lounge, not been cleaned in months, lazy cleaners. Way too hot in the apartment, with only 1 accessible window in the lounge that can be opened, so unable to air whole apartment. Both bedrooms too hot, as, neither windows can be opened. Could have done with a lamp for better mood lighting, as only have overhead spot lamps. Freezer would have been nice if defrosted and not half used reminants of last occupants. Seating 4 people not ideal if 4 were staying. Main bathroom bath/shower with really small shower screen, meaning you have to stand on the plug hole to avoid flooding the floor. No lamp in the twin bedroom, so can only have harsh overhead lighting. TV in twin bedroom has no remote nor does it work. Double bedroom TV also does not work, and, wall lamp bulb broken. Has a washing machine, with no instruction but nowhere to hang to dry clothes, however, they did provide an airer when asked. Unfortunate food smells from bars/restaurants below means it can be overwhelmed by fried food smells and a lot of marijuana smells not just from outside despite no smoking within building, assume other guests selfishness. With some more attention to detail and thought they would be much nicer overall. They did provide a sort of mini bar with mini cokes, mini nuts, water all at £2 which is dear for what is was. These are nice apartments but the last few other issues are as follows. First of all, when they do not make it clear as to what deposit they want upon arrival, it is mentioned from £100 to £300 on Booking.com but is arbitary as to what amount applies. Working within the travel industry and booking hundreds of nights stay a year at a variety of properties, so, we see the good, bad and the ugly in the accommodation sector.
