6.0A recepção foi muito estranha. O hotel estava desativado. Não havia internet nos quartos e elevador. A luz era de um gerador que fazia barulho e falhava. Apenas eu estava de hóspede; tipo o filme Psicose.Na manhã seguinte, a recepcionista e cozinheira foram simpáticas. Muito bizarro,

6.0Muy bueno todo. Excepto que al llegar a la tarde noche, solicitamos agua caliente para tomar un cafe o un te y nos la negaron, porque la cocina estaba con llave, segun nos dijo el recepcionista. Increible que en un hotel de tanto renombre, no haya agua caliente disponible. Impecable el desayuno y la atencion en el quincho de la señorita.

2.0La atencion, disfrazada de educada. La habitación tenia olor a cloaca. No habia internet en la habitacion. Pedi que me cambien y me dijeron que todas tienen el mismo nivel de señal. Yo habia hecho el pago por internet y me levantaron a las 12 de la noche para decirme q el pago tenia q hacerlo en el checkin pedi hacerlo al dia siguiente porq en ese momento estaba dormido. Al otro día quise pagar y me dijeron q estaba todo pagado por la pagina

10.0Muy profesional el personal, mucha preocupación por los paxs y siempre pendiente de dar una excelente atención se nota el trabajo de equipo , todos los servicios que brinda el hotel son de muy buena calidad, el sauna, jacuzzi y salón de masajes, y también el restaurante muy buen servicio y comidas tipicas
