10.0All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Always had a smile. From the porter helping us with luggage to the patient front desk staff with all our questions, to the bartender. Unsurpassed location on the beach with direct line sunset views.

10.0The stay was amazing. They were able to accommodate early check in and late check out. They were also able to upgrade our room (good timing for us)! The staff was very nice and professional. Special call out to the individual working the towel cabana who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Front desk staff was also great. Pools were fun. Our proximity to the beach was amazing! We had a great stay.

6.0This Good rating would have been much higher if I didn't get slapped in the face at my checkout with the hidden resort and parking (per day) fees...which neither Expedia or the hotel made me aware of until checking out...very, very, very disappointed with this serious slap in the face!!! These are shady and non-transparent business practices. On top of this insult was a very costly room cleaning fee!!! I have never even heard of this!? PLEASE ENSURE YOU DISCLOSE THE HIDDEN PER DAY RESORT FEE UP FRONT!!!! CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH OF AN INSULT THIS WAS!
