− Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt.
Mooie rustige lokatie, redelijk centraal gelegen. Onduidelijkheid over codes, kastje, parkeren.
7.0Met zorg ingericht. Rustige omgeving. Dichtbij centrum.
− Ondanks het hete weer (36 graden), geen koelkast en geen airco. Onduidelijkheid over codes voor kastjes, parkeerplek. Geen persoonlijk contact, wel via telefoon en mail. De kraan in de keuken hing los.
schöne Lage - schlechte Organisation.
7.0Schlafen im Gewölbekeller - eine neue positive Erfahrung. Das kleine Indoor-Lüftungsgerät, was als Klimaanlage tituliert war, nahm keinerlei Einfluss auf die Lufttemperatur.
− Wir benötigten 1,5 Stunden, um in die Unterkunft zu gelangen und um festzustellen, dass wir den Parkplatz nicht benutzen konnten - und das nach über 6 Stunden Anreise. Die Erklärung, wie man an den Haustürschlüssel gelangte, war mehr als unzureichend; gleiches für den Zugang für den Parkplatz. Die zwei Handsender zum Öffnen waren beide nicht funktionsfähig. Die versprochene Rückerstattung für den Parkplatz wurde auf dem Konto noch nicht erfunden.
