Self-check-in did not work, parking difficult, no balcony chairs
4.0The location was OK - you could walk into town easily. There's a great bakery in the same building.
− The self-check-in was out of order and we had to drive into town and find another hotel belonging to the same company to check in. This became an issue on checkout when we had to return to that hotel to successfully checkout. There were no chairs on the balcony (which was dirty) There was a table though. We could have moved the chairs from the room outside but they were not really suitable for a balcony. Car parking was difficult with most of the spaces around the hotel reserved for companies using the same building and lots of signs indicating your car would be towed away if parked in the wrong place.

9.0Sehr ansprechende Einrichtung. Top-Badezimmer. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Frühstück gibt es im Café nebenan.
− für den Check-In muss man in ein anderes Hotel, das scheint aber nur ein temporäres Problem zu sein
