10.0I had an excellent stay at Hotel Nalanda in Ahmedabad, India. The entire experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. The staff were professional, friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. The housekeeping team kept my room clean every day, and the hotel maintained a very high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. Although I did not have the breakfast or lunch, I appreciated that the hotel staff called me every morning to invite me for breakfast. I follow a strict alkaline diet, so my meals are quite specific, and I chose to eat fresh local fruits instead. Their thoughtfulness and excellent customer service were truly appreciated. The security staff were courteous and made me feel safe throughout my stay. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent service that made my visit enjoyable. I would like to sincerely thank the management and the entire Hotel Nalanda team for their outstanding hospitality. If you are visiting Ahmedabad for business or tourism, I highly recommend Hotel Nalanda. It is a place where guests are treated with care, professionalism, and respect. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to India.

10.0Mr Singh the receptionist was amazing. He waited for me till.i check in and made sure I got my room ready prior. My check out was early at 5am as I was catching a train. He made sure I got my breakfast n also got an early wake up call
