− I had an issue with my booking — although it was clearly marked as “free cancellation,” the property still charged me and, until now, I haven’t received a refund. I contacted them directly, but they claimed the booking wasn’t eligible for free cancellation, which contradicts the information I had at the time of booking. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
Well worth a stay.
9.0Excellent location in a beautiful characteristic building. Parking is possible unlike many properties in the vicinity. The kitchen had everything you needed and the fridge freezer was a good family size. We stayed for five nights so it was welcome. Air conditioning units were excellent and the property consistently had hot water for the showers. The contact we had with the staff/owners was good.
− The front door can be troublesome to get in, their is a knack to opening the door which we didn't quite work out. However if you buzz the owner can let you in.
