住宿地點雖然不是在國際通裡面，但是離國際通走路只要10分鐘，反而位置這樣更好，晚上的時候非常安靜，不會有其他人的吵雜聲，非常舒適。 民宿對面就是7-11想要採買非常方便，完全不需要擔心晚上肚子餓了怎麼辦。 雖然民宿沒有附停車位，但是7-11後面有一排是可以停車的，12小時最高800日幣，我覺得非常划算，或者再往旁邊走大概3分鐘，有一個停車場是最高700元日幣的，但是那邊通常早上會被上班族的停滿，但我想應該沒差吧，畢竟我們出來玩的話，早上也都會出門，至於晚上的話我每次經過都看到還有很多空位，所以在外面玩一天回來，根本不需要擔心會沒有停車位。 房間的空間度也很夠，原本看照片以為只是小小一間，但實際看到後，出乎我的意料之外，兩個大行李箱都可以直接打開，是非常舒服的。 民宿管家們人都很好!! 會講中文、英文、日文，不用擔心語言不通，會非常熱情跟你介紹日本文化，也會時刻提醒應該要注意甚麼事情，有甚麼問題都可以詢問他們，而且他們非常擅長聊天，如果待在民宿覺得無聊，也可以下樓跟管家們聊天!!! 他們有提供自動咖啡機，也可以手磨咖啡豆，甚至連泡茶的器皿都有!想怎麼來就怎麼來!總之這次來這邊的體感，我只能說非常舒服，大推!!!

Clean, affordable, but security concerns

The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, while still being within walking distance of the city center, convenience stores, restaurants, and public transport. The architectire is beautiful, all interior was clean, and towels were replaced regularly. The internet connection was stable and fast. There was access to good kitchen facilities, including filtered drinking water. Overall, the property offers excellent value for money compared to many of the established hotels in the area.

− The place felt less safe and homely than expected because: 1. We were surprised to find that the property was not exclusively used as a bed and breakfast. The house also served as a meeting place for the hosts’ friends and acquaintances. As a guest, you therefore never know who may enter the house, when they will show up, or why they are there. 2. Guests are required to sign a disclaimer at check-in stating that the hosts accept no responsibility for lost belongings. Alongside with that, there was no safe for storing valuables (something that is available in many hostels). 3. We never got fully informed about which areas and items were shared, which belonged to the hosts, and which were intended for other guests. Additionally, there were a few maintenance issues: The shower drain was clogged, the shower temperature control knob could barely be turned, making it difficult to adjust the water temperature, and the balcony furniture was heavily weathered and deteriorated, with mold growing on some of the pieces, making the outdoor area less comfortable to use.

Amazing hosts and stay

Exceptionally friendly hosts, made us feel really welcomed for our first visit to Okinawa. The room was a great size with excellent sized bathroom and comfortable beds. The balcony was an very nice addition to the overall vibe. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Okinawa. Does take a little walking to get to it depending which way you take but we'll worth it. Will stay here again!

Der Empfang, die Gastfreundschaft von Kunki-san waren extrem herzlich, das Frühstück traumhaft! Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem nur 10 Minuten fußläufig vom Zentrum entfernt.

Kunkis abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, jeden Morgen frisch und mit Liebe zum Detail zubereitet, war stets ein phantastischer Start in den Tag. Auch Elly war sehr nett und gab uns Tips für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Beide führen das B&B mit Herzblut zum Wohle ihrer Gäste.
