6.0Als wir gegen 13:00 - 14:00 Uhr am Hotel ankamen, war die Tür verschlossen und die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Auf mein Telefonat antwortete nur ein Anrufbeantworter mit französischem Text und der Ansage, die Rezeption sei um 18:00 Uhr wieder besetzt. Also legten wir in einem Nachbarhotel eine Kaffeepause ein und dort konnten wir freundlicherweise unsere Koffer abstellen. Um 18:00 Uhr war immer noch niemand in der Rezeption und wenn nicht ein anderer Gast zufällig vor Ort gewesen wäre und uns ins Foyer geladen hätte, wären wir wirklich aufgeschmissen gewesen. Im Haus zeigte er uns eine Tafel mit mehreren Telefonnummern und siehe da, eine funktionierte und wir erhielten die nötigen Auskünfte zum Türcode und Zimmernummer. Das Zimmer war OK. Wir waren von der Anonymität enttäuscht.
