A truly lovely place to stay - inside and out. A few little niggles recorded in the visitor book!
9.0Perfect cottage for 6 friends staying together for 4 nights to attend the Hay Festival.
− Both groups struggled to find the cottage on arrival - we don't think providing google maps link is enough. A written description and signage would make it easier.

8.0The cottage was roomy and well equipped. Very quiet location, yes the dogs barked next door sometimes but they didn't disturb us much
− Better details how to get the heating to work. We had heat the first day but the radiators didn't come on again. We don't like to fiddle with switches. We were warm enough though and there are portable heaters
A cosy cottage with beautiful surroundings.
8.0The house had a nice modern open plan and a cosy wood fire, which was perfect for the evening. Comfortable beds and lovely views. The area around the house was beautiful and very peaceful.
− Both shower controls were very hard (stiff) to adjust to get to the right temperature. WiFi was not working at all throughout our stay. (An engineer was booked by the helpful management company, but not in time for our stay, we were offered a free night for our next stay) We were asked to strip all used beds. I would expect this to be part of the cleaning service.
