The Villa itself was one of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed in around the world. The location in the village was amazing. The host and housekeeping were incredible.

− The property was well maintained, and any hiccups we might’ve had the host addressed immediately. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property.

I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Arhontariki for three unforgettable days and I can surely say it was one of the best villa experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the owners, Foteini & Giannis, made us feel instantly welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, offering thoughtful touches and local recommendations that made all the difference. The villa itself is stunning! A perfect blend of traditional charm and modern luxury. The brand new heated pool was a highlight, allowing us to swim and relax comfortably at any time of day. Every corner of the house was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with top-tier amenities that catered to our every need, from the comfy beds to the cozy lounge areas and beautiful outdoor spaces. The location is also ideal, peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive from the beaches, restaurants and cultural sites of Kissamos and western Crete. Whether we were lounging by the pool or exploring the nearby area, everything felt effortless and serene. If you're looking for a luxurious, relaxing and authentically Cretan experience, Villa Arhontariki is an absolute gem. I wholeheartedly recommend it and can’t wait to return for more days. Loved the look and feel of the property. Location was lovely as we literally never left the area. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.

− Not fully as described. The main reason we booked was the heated pool and hot tub. Neither was heated. were we’re told AFTER inquiring that it broke a day before our arrival. We were disappointed that we did not receive notice as they contacted us the day of check in for payment. It was to be fixed the next day, then the next day and it never happened before check out. There was no welcome basket. We received a pie and box of eclairs the next day, again, AFTER inquiring about it. The wifi was not working when we arrived. They worked on it for awhile but it was spotty at best, even on the patio. Thought being told it works throughout the grounds. The bed sheets were not changed every 2 days and the cleaner only took out the trash in the house. I literally looked at a hair on the hall bathroom sink our entire stay as reference. Of course, we inquired and was told they could “send them now”. I did however fix the screeching hall bathroom door that was loud enough to wake everyone upstairs up in the middle of the night. After check out, the property was non responsive to the issues we incurred.
