8.0− El dormitorio está a un nivel más bajo y la calefacción tarda mucho en ambientar el lugar. y el Departamento en sí muy encajonado entre otras construcciones. Son sólo detalles. Quizá si hubiese tenido conocimiento de que era interno y me hubiesen ofrecido por un precio más alto una mejor vista, no hubiese tenido inconveniente para optar.
