2.0Good location, good security, good wifi, friendly landlord / manager.
− When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned, towels were on the floors and the beds had not been changed. The landlord offered a refund for the first night and sent a cleaner the next day. They also offered a small compensation which I never received.

6.0Great house and location, only let down by one aspect the mattress in the main bedroom the spring can be felt on your back which was disappointing. this could be easily solved with the addition of a mattress topper. I would defiantly stay again as I'm a regular visitor to Hull . please update me as i would like to book again.
