7.0I was looking for a good-value place to stay before an early train from Tbilisi station, and this definitely fit the bill. Staff were friendly (though English is limited) and location is great for the station - and even for downtown there's a regular bus from a stop 5 minutes away. Good WiFi.
− Room was fine, and the bathroom was surface-clean but could definitely use a deep clean. Bed was comfortable enough for a night, but the sheets felt cheap and I probably wouldn't have wanted to sleep in them for more than a day. Generally the place felt a bit tired, and the common areas had way too much clutter. A good spring clean and this place would definitely be a 9!

10.0An amazing place with true Georgian hospitality! We stayed at Hotel Toma's House and were absolutely delighted. The host, Tomas, is an incredibly warm, kind, and helpful person who welcomes every guest like a close friend, helps with any questions, and creates a wonderful homely atmosphere. The vibe in the hotel is very cozy and warm. The rooms are clean, spacious, well-renovated, and have comfortable beds. The location is excellent: a quiet side street, yet the metro is literally just a couple of steps away, making it easy to quickly reach any part of the city. Thank you so much for your care and warmth—we will definitely come back here again!
