10.0We just returned from a wonderful trip to Portugal and our stay with Kate at the Wild Oasis was a definite highlight. It is so peaceful, the view is unmatched and the service is impeccable. This is a place where you can take in your surroundings, unwind and appreciate the beauty of Portugal. Kate and her team were so accommodating, friendly and provided a wonderful breakfast each morning. They gave us great recommendations and genuinely cared about our comfort. I can't say enough great things about it. We can't to go back!

10.0Kate and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms all had an individual look to each other which made them very cosy. The views were fantastic. Excellent for any traveller, but in particular and eco- friendly one. Definitely would recommend a stag and hope to go again soon.

Far Out place !
10.0We loved our Far Out Oasis time. : ) It was home away from home. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The surroundings were peaceful and very Zen. They are extremely animal friendly (which is such a quality in people). There is a family energy that made our experience "innoubliable". We especially enjoyed our breakfast time, enjoying the healthy energizing food and our evening picnics which we had overlooking the town and mountains of Monchique. (we bought our food and wine from the Monchique grocery shops). The Far Out Oasis was about a 45-50 minute drive to the beaches of Lagos and Portimao, we prefered to drive there and come back to our Oasis to relax and be away from the usual touristy hussle and bussle. If you're the type of person that is chilled, who enjoys nature, calmness, peace, healthy food, yoga, animals, trees, walking etc. this is the place for you! We would go to The Far Out Oasis again, we feel we've made friends there. God speed to them, I believe the owner is constantly working on making this place even more magical in the future. : )
