It was a wonderful villa. We had 8 people and had plenty of space.

− It is a distance from town and the bus doesn’t take you close enough. Rent a car.

− Séjour extrêmement décevant au regard du tarif très élevé (3765 € pour 6 nuits en avril), avec des prestations très en dessous des attentes. Dès notre arrivée, plusieurs problèmes majeurs ont été constatés et signalés à Booking.com et au propriétaire : • Piscine inutilisable (non nettoyée malgré une tempête de sable avant notre arrivée), margelles abîmées et équipements extérieurs sales, cassés, dangereux • Salles de bain mal entretenues (joints noircis, propreté insuffisante) • Logement non conforme : lit double manquant, manque de couvertures et d’équipements de base, penderie inutilisable (occupée par de nombreux vêtements) • Buanderie encombrée d’objets • Écart important entre les photos publiées et l’état réel du logement, celles-ci apparaissant très éloignées de la réalité • Éléments dangereux pour des enfants dans le jardin (objets cassés, produits accessibles, cf. photos) La capacité annoncée pour 9 personnes est irréaliste : le logement convient difficilement à plus de 6 (manque de couchages, espace insuffisant autour de la table). Malgré plusieurs signalements avec photos, aucune réponse directe du propriétaire : communication impossible, uniquement un intermédiaire sans solution. Seule réaction : envoi de personnel pour refaire les lits et tenter de nettoyer la piscine, restée impropre à la baignade jusqu’à la fin. L’accès à la buanderie nous a été reproché alors qu’elle contient la machine à laver incluse dans les prestations!! Nous avons également sollicité le service client de Booking dès notre arrivée : la seule proposition a été le remboursement de leur commission (470 € sur 3765 €), ce qui reste très insuffisant au regard des conditions rencontrées. Au vu de l’état général du bien, le tarif pratiqué apparaît très largement surévalué. Une location dans ces conditions ne devrait pas dépasser une fraction du prix payé. A Little Disappointed; Expectations were high

Here's what my family and I liked about this property: the house is spacious, the grounds are well-maintained, the infinity pool looks out to the ocean, the location is quiet and safe.

− The house on the inside looked clean enough or so it seemed, however, it was musty - probably because we were the first guests for the season - the house wasn't aired out prior to us getting there, there were bugs and insects, mosquitoes and such that bit every single one of us. It was so uncomfortable.

Stunning views in a beautiful location

The most stunning views over the water onto Paros. Excellent location, close to shops, beaches and restaurants. Comfortable bedrooms with lots of space. Local cats frequented the outside space that we befriended, feeding them daily (we love cats!). Staff very helpful and responsive to our needs.

− The hot water ran out frequently due to it being solar heated. Only 1 stand up shower (the other 2 are over baths). Very small kettle. But overall it is a fantastic villa and we had a lovely relaxing stay.

Despina met us with keys, walked us through home and answered our questions. She returned everyday for light housekeeping. Property is stunning, well thought out floor plan and landscape. Beach within walking distance (hilly) very enjoyable stay.

A wonderful holiday which exceeded expectations

The villa is in a quiet location but close to a supermarket, cafes and beaches. Naxos was the perfect destination for our group of 9 as it offered beaches, mountain villages and diving

− There was nothing we didn’t like. The living areas are separated out which is good for a large group. The bathrooms were under a bit of pressure at busy times with our group of 9 women
