Lage gut, alles andere schlecht
4.0Die Lage ist gut, das Bad war auch in Ordnung.
− Der Raum ist unfassbar hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn, man hört Spülgänge, Privatsphäre ist nicht gegeben. Es ist zudem keinerlei Lüftung vorhanden, Durchzug kann ebenfalls nicht hergestellt werden. Sobald es warm ist, ist es unangenehm warm im Raum. Der Balkon ist völlig runtergeranzt. Für 130 Euro die Nacht absolut gar nicht zu empfehlen. Das ist ein Zimmer, das maximal 60 Euro wert ist. Hab mich noch nie so unwohl in einem Zimmer gefühlt. Ich habe dann ein weiteres Zimmer gebucht und bin dort raus. Furchtbarer Vibe.

− Das Touchfeld des Türöffners (Außentür) funktionierte nicht richtig, weshalb mehrere Eingaben nötig waren. Es wäre schön, wenn es noch eine Mikrowelle oder einen kleinen Backofen gäbe.

8.0Zweckmäßige Apartments in guter Lage der Rüttenscheider Straße. Parken ist etwas schwieriger, aber in der Regel in der weiteren Umgebung machbar. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar.
