− We hadden een luxe suite geboekt. Er was schimmel in de koelkast en in de badkamer. We kregen na aandringen de suite toegewezen. Deze was iets netter maar totaal niet wat van een suite verwacht zou worden. De douchekop werkte niet goed, warm was koud en koud was warm, roest en schimmelplekken.
