Rude staff and poor snacks quality
2.0The service should know how to talk with guest, we visit there by seeing TikTok review but reality is different. First snacks very poor not good , second staff are very rude and don’t know to serve. Having beautiful view and place doesn’t mean good service and food.
Great view and relaxing stay
10.0I recently had a wonderful stay and I can’t praise the staff enough. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was a breeze, and they took the time to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the excellent service made my stay memorable, I will definitely be returning.
An unforgettable experience
10.0I can't recommend this place high enough. The room was a true sanctuary, the bed was comfortable. The facilities were good. The breakfast was delightful ad well as the dinner too. If you're looking for a luxurious and memorable stay, Everest Manla is the place to go. Five stars all the way.
Best mountain and sunrise view
10.0It is the highest located resort in Nagarkot. You can enjoy beautiful mountains and himalayas ranges from hotel terrace. Excellent customer service and cozy rooms with sunrise and mountain views. I would recommend this hotel if you ever visit nagarkot 😊
Away from busyness
10.0We stayed for 3 days at Manla resort. It is an amazing location, location on the road between Nagarkot and the Nagarkot View tower. We stayed in a room in the New Wing. The rooms in the new wing are worth paying the extra for. The older rooms are quite old and a bit dark, but the new rooms are spacious, light and our room had a nice balcony. During our stay we walked around the area quite a bit. The staff are very nice.
Bad Service
2.0Very Bad Experience from the Staffs. No Greetings, No Friendly Talking, Zero % Service Rate. Food was unhealthy. Room was smelling too much bad. Also they didn't care about the customers, they just care about the making money by providing service as they like. (Bad Service)
