6.0Upon arrival I was given a downgrade. After showing pictures and my receipt it was corrected.The room was not clean I had to clean the restroom and vacuum the floor myself. The carpet was dirty and had stains so did the chair…I made hotel management aware of everything.

10.0This is a beautiful property!! It is well maintained and the staff was fabulous. I was greeted every time coming and going. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is just a short drive to Pine Mountain and Callaway Gardens. I would definitely come back for another stay maybe bring grandkids.

8.0The property was clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was below average, there was very low water pressure and the sink drain was clogged.

10.0It was really nice to stay with Aiden by best Western Warm Springs Hotel, we enjoyed the beautiful views and we enjoyed the gorgeous installations. Wonderful staff that cared about us all the time!
